Images are 2D pixels. 3D data is a list of (x, y, z) points (LiDAR). Networks: PointNet.
2. NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields)
Training a neural network to represent a 3D scene. You feed it (x, y, z, viewing_angle) and it outputs the RGB color.
